Cancellation Policy: Tickets are refundable minus a 5% processing fee until February 12th, 2018. After February 12th, tickets are refundable less a 5% processing fee within a 48-hour window of purchase, otherwise, they are not refundable. Shift Forum tickets transfers are only available upon approval. Please send cancellation and transfer requests to Larissa at forumteam@newco.co.
